EDITAL DE NOTIFICAÇÃO EXTRAJUDICIAL DE REGULARIZAÇÃO FUNDIÁRIA URBANA DE INTERESSE SOCIAL (REURB-S) DO NÚCLEO URBANO INFORMAL DENOMINADO “BELA VISTA”

O MUNICÍPIO DE ALTO PARAGUAI/MT,pessoa jurídica de direito público interno, regularmente inscrito no Cadastro Nacional de Pessoa Jurídica sob o n.º 036485320001/28, com sede na Avenida Presidente Médice, n° 470, Bairro Bela Vista, Código de Endereço Postal (CEP) n° 78.410-000, Alto Paraguai/MT, representado pelo Prefeito Municipal, Sr. ADAIR JOSÉ ALVES MOREIRA, com fundamento na Lei Federal n. 13.465, de 11 de julho de 2.017 e Decreto Federal n.º 9.310, de 15 de março de 2.018, vem, por intermédio deste Edital:

CONSIDERANDO a instauração do Processo Administrativo de Regularização Fundiária Urbana de Interesse Social (REURB-S) do núcleo urbano informal consolidado denominado “BELA VISTA”, regularmente instaurado no DIÁRIO OFICIAL: Jornal Eletrônico dos Municípios do Estado de Mato Grosso – ANO XIX – N. 4.406 – no dia 23 de janeiro de 2024, páginas 44 a 47.

CONSIDERANDO que conforme determina o art. 31, § 4º, da Lei Federal n.º 13.465/2017, a notificação dos proprietários será por via postal, com aviso de recebimento, ou pessoalmente, no endereço que constar da matrícula ou transcrição, considerando-se efetuada quando comprovada a entrega nesse endereço;

CONSIDERANDO que o endereço constante na matrícula/transcrição acima descrita é precário, o proprietário não pôde ser encontrado e, por tal motivo, conforme disposto no art. 31, § 5º, inciso I e II, da Lei Federal n.º 13.465/2017, a notificação deverá ser feita por meio de publicação de edital;

Para que, querendo, apresente impugnação no prazo de 30 (trinta) dias, contados da data da publicação desde edital, ao Processo Administrativo de Regularização Fundiária Urbana de Interesse Social (REURB-S) do núcleo urbano informal consolidado denominado “BELA VISTA”. Fica a parte notificada advertida de que a ausência de manifestação será interpretada como concordância com a REURB e na perda de eventual direito de que o notificado titularize sobre o imóvel objeto da REURB, nos termos do art. 31, § 6º, da Lei Federal n.º 13.465/2017 c/c art. 24, § 8º, do Decreto Federal n.º 9.310, de 15 de março de 2018. Informamos ainda que o presente procedimento seguirá o disposto no art. 44, § 8º da Lei Federal 13.465/2017.

Cabe informar ainda, que os documentos referentes à regularização fundiária urbana estão à disposição para consultas na sede da PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE ALTO PARAGUAI/MT, com sede na Avenida Presidente Médice, n° 470, Bairro Bela Vista, neste Município, onde também receberá eventual impugnação, requerimento, declaração e/ou documentação.
