“DISPÕE DA HOMOLOGAÇÃO DA PROVA DE VIDA DOS APOSENTADOS E PENSIONISTAS, SEGURADOS DO INSTITUTO MUNICIPAL DE PREVIDÊNCIA SOCIAL DOS SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS DE COTRIGUAÇU”
LEOCÁDIA GOMES PADILHA, Diretora Executiva do PREVI-COTRI de Cotriguaçu-MT, no uso de suas atribuições legais, que lhes são conferidas pela Lei 692/2011 e portaria 007/2021.
Considerando convocação para realização de prova de vida dos beneficiários pagos pelo Instituto Municipal de Previdência Social dos Servidores Públicos do Município de Cotriguaçu – PREVI COTRI.
RESOLVE:
Art. 1º HOMOLOGAR a prova de vida 2025, dos aposentados e pensionistas, que compareceram no período de convocação com 100% de comparecimento:
