PODER EXECUTIVO

Nomeia os representantes do Conselho Municipal de Meio Ambiente - CONSEMMA, criado pela Lei n. 323, de 9 de junho de 2.014, dando outras providências.

JOSÉ GUEDES DE SOUZA, Prefeito Municipal de Rondolândia, Estado de Mato Grosso, no uso de suas atribuições legais, em especial com fulcro no inciso IV, do artigo 70 Lei Orgânica do Município, e,

Considerando a Lei n. 49, de 21 de dezembro de 2.001 que dispõe sobre o Código Municipal do Meio Ambiente;

Considerando o Ofício n.003/-SEMEIA, de 5 de agosto de 2.005 solicitando a nomeação do Conselho Municipal de Meio Ambiente-CONSEMMA;

Considerando que o artigo 5º da Lei n. 323, de 9 de junho de 2.014 dispõe que o Conselho será composto, observada a representação paritária entre poder público e sociedade civil organizada;

D E C R ET A:

Art.1° Fica nomeado o Conselho Municipal de Meio Ambiente - CONSEMMA, órgão colegiado de composição paritária na forma prevista no inciso I e II do artigo 5º da Lei n. 323, de 9 de junho de 2.014, com a seguinte representantes e respectivos seguimentos:

Art.2°. O mandato dos Conselheiros do CONSEMMA será de (02) dois anos, podendo ser reconduzidos uma única vez, conforme previsto no artigo 10 da Lei n. 323/2014.

Art. 3º. Na forma do artigo 7º da Lei n. 323/2014 o exercício das funções de membro do CONSEMMA é considerado serviço de relevante valor social, portanto, não será remunerada.

Art. 4º. O CONSEMMA elaborará o seu regimento interno, que deverá ser encaminhado ao gabinete do prefeito para homologação mediante decreto municipal no prazo de 60 (sessenta) dias, conforme previsto no artigo 15 da lei n. 323/2014.

Art. 5º. Este decreto em vigor na data da sua publicação

Art. 6º. Revogam-se disposições em contrário.
