DISPENSA DE LICITAÇÃO ELETRÔNICA Nº 023/2025

Nos termos do Art. 71, inciso IV da Lei Federal n.º 14.133/2021 e suas alterações, o Prefeito Municipal, no uso de suas atribuições que lhe são conferidas por Lei, abaixo assinado, acolhendo a manifestação do Pregoeiro Oficial e da Assessoria Jurídica, levando em consideração a abertura e julgamento do presente Processo Licitatório, tendo cumprido todos os requisitos e princípios estabelecidos em Lei, ADJUDICA e HOMOLOGA o objeto da Licitação supracitada, cuja modalidade é CONTRATAÇÃO DE EMPRESA PARA O FORNECIMENTO DE BRINQUEDOS EDUCATIVOS, DO TIPO QUEBRA-CABEÇA, DESTINADOS À DISTRIBUIÇÃO DURANTE AS ATIVIDADES COMEMORATIVAS DO DIA DAS CRIANÇAS, A SEREM REALIZADAS PELA PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE GUIRATINGA, POR MEIO DA SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE ASSISTÊNCIA SOCIAL, DE ACORDO COM A SOLICITAÇÃO DA REFERIDA SECRETARIA. E tem como vencedor os licitantes abaixo mencionados:

ITEM: 01 – 31.692.760 LORRANY RODRIGUES DE OLIVEIRA PIRES, inscrita no CNPJ sob o nº 31.692.760/0001-30, com o valor total de R$ 8.400,00 (oito mil e quatrocentos reais).

VALOR TOTAL HOMOLOGADO R$ 8.400,00 (oito mil e quatrocentos reais).
