“DISPÕE SOBRE EXONERAÇÃO A PEDIDO DO SERVIDOR EFETIVO DO MUNICÍPIO DE NOVO HORIZONTE DO NORTE-MT E DÁ OUTRAS PROVIDÊNCIAS”

O Prefeito Municipal de Novo Horizonte do Norte/MT, Sr. AGENOR EVENGELISTA DA SILVA JÚNIOR, no uso de suas atribuições legais que lhe são conferidas por Lei;

CONSIDERANDO que o servidor público APARECIDO GOMES MOREIRA, matrícula nº 009, no cargo de SERVIÇOS GERAIS, lotado na Secretaria Municipal de Infraestrutura, solicitou por requerimento a sua exoneração do cargo efetivo deste Município.

RESOLVE:

Art. 1º- Exonerar o Servidor Público Municipal APARECIDO GOMES MOREIRA, brasileiro, maior, lotado na Secretaria Municipal de Infraestrutura.

Art. 2º- Esta Portaria entrará em vigor em 16 de dezembro de 2025, revogam-se as disposições em contrário.
