ARTIGO 1º - EXONERAR por motivo de aposentadoria, a Servidora CYBELLE DA SILVA GAHYVA EUBANK, portadora do RG n° xxxxxx SSP/MT, inscrita no CPF nº xxx.xxx.xxx-xx do cargo de PROFESSOR, desta Prefeitura Municipal.

ARTIGO 2º - Esta Portaria entrará em vigor na data de sua publicação, revogam-se as disposições em contrário.
