OBJETO: CONTRATAÇÃO DE PESSOA FISICA PARA PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS PROFISSIONAIS DE TECNICO EM ENFERMAGEM PLANTONISTAS E TRANSPORTE DE PACIENTES EM ESTADO DE URGENCIA, EM REGIME DE ESCALA PARA O PRONTO ATENDIMENTO NA UPA – UNIDADE DE PRONTO ATENDIMENTO, INTERESSADOS EM FIRMAR COM O MUNICIPÍO DE ARENÁPOLIS/MT, CONTRATO DE PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS, DEVENDO A CONTRATAÇÃO OCORRER CONFORME A NECESSIDADE E O INTERESSE PÚBLICO, SUPRINDO ASSIM AS NECESSIDADES DA SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE SAÚDE, NA MODALIDADE DE CREDENCIAMENTO.

PARTICIPANTES CREDENCIADAS: BASILIA GUSMÃO BARROSO CATULÉ, valor total de R$ 31.881,72 (trinta e um mil, oitocentos e oitenta e um reais e setenta e dois centavos); a participante DAYANE DE SOUZA PIRES, no valor total de R$ 31.881,72 (trinta e um mil, oitocentos e oitenta e um reais e setenta e dois centavos); a participante DEBORA SILVA SOARES, no valor total de R$ 31.881,72 (trinta e um mil, oitocentos e oitenta e um reais e setenta e dois centavos); a participante MARCILENE OLIANI MIRANDA, no valor total de R$ 31.881,72 (trinta e um mil, oitocentos e oitenta e um reais e setenta e dois centavos) e a participante WILNA ASSUNÇÃO CARVALHO, no valor total de R$ 31.881,72 (trinta e um mil, oitocentos e oitenta e um reais e setenta e dois centavos).
