O Prefeito Municipal de Curvelândia/MT, no uso das atribuições e com fundamento no art. 86 inciso 2º da Lei Federal 14.133/21 e Decreto Federal nº 11.462/23 e do Decreto Municipal nº 119/2023, e de acordo com o Parecer da Procuradoria Jurídica desta Prefeitura, Resolve, RATIFICAR e HOMOLOGAR o Processo Licitatório nº 019/2026, Adesão nº 009/2026 na condição de “CARONA”, Adesão à Ata de Registro de Preço nº 33/2025, oriunda do Pregão Presencial nº 16/2025, do Prefeitura Municipal de Glória D´Oeste/MT, cuja contratação visa a AQUISIÇÃO DE 01 (UMA) CAMINHONETE CABINE DUPLA 4X4, ZERO QUILÔMETROS, DESTINADA À SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE EDUCAÇÃO DE CURVELÂNDIA/MT. Empresa vencedora KAMPAI MOTORS CUIABA LTDA - CNPJ nº 52.251.214/0001-34, no valor de R$ 345.500,00 (trezentos e cinquenta mil e quinhentos reais).
