OBJETO: CONTRATAÇÃO DE PESSOA FISICA PARA PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMARMAGEM PLANTONISTAS E TRANSPORTE DE PACIENTES EM ESTADO DE URGENCIA, EM REGIME DE ESCALA PARA O PRONTO ATENDIMENTO NA UPA – UNIDADE DE PRONTO ATENDIMENTO, INTERESSADOS EM FIRMAR COM O MUNICIPÍO DE ARENÁPOLIS/MT, CONTRATO DE PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS, DEVENDO A CONTRATAÇÃO OCORRER CONFORME A NECESSIDADE E O INTERESSE PÚBLICO, SUPRINDO ASSIM AS NECESSIDADES DA SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE SAÚDE, NA MODALIDADE DE CREDENCIAMENTO.
