PORTARIA N° 192 DE 25 DE MAIO DE 2026.

EXONERA POR MOTIVO DE FALECIMENTO, A SERVIDORA SRª. SONELI MARQUES DE MATOS FAGUNDES, LOTADA NA SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE SAUDE DO MUNICIPIO DE PARANATINGA-MT.

O Prefeito Municipal de Paranatinga-MT, SR. ANTONIO MARCOS THOMAZINI, no uso e gozo das suas atribuições legais,

RESOLVE:

I – Exonerar por motivo de falecimento a servidora SRª SONELI MARQUES DE MATOS FAGUNDES, matrícula funcional n° 4018, ocupante do cargo efetivo de AGENTE DE COMBATE A ENDEMIAS, lotada de Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, a partir do dia 22 de maio de 2026, conforme certidão de óbito n° 063750 01 55 2026 4 00475 002 0152501 01. Data do falecimento 22 de maio 20256, no Hospital do Câncer, Cuiabá/MT.

II – Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação, com efeito retroativo a 22 de maio de 2026, revogadas as disposições em contrário.

III – Registre-se, publique-se e cumpra-se.
