PORTARIA Nº 826, DE 24 DE SETEMBRO DE 2026.

NOMEIA SERVIDORES MUNICIPAIS PARA DESEMPENHAREM AS FUNÇÕES DE CONDUTOR DE VEÍCULO ESCOLAR, EM CONFORMIDADE COM A LEI MUNICIPAL N.º 2.524/2019.

ALEXANDRE LOPES DE OLIVEIRA, Prefeito Municipal de Campo Verde, Estado de Mato Grosso, no uso de suas atribuições legais,

Considerando o que dispõe a Lei Municipal N.º 2.524/2019, de 13 de dezembro de 2019, onde institui horário especial da jornada de trabalho da função de Condutor de Veículo Escolar, e cria gratificação por jornada especial de trabalho;

RESOLVE:

ARTIGO 1º - Nomear, em conformidade com o disposto no artigo 4º da Lei Municipal N.º 2.524/2019, os servidores municipais abaixo identificados, ocupantes do cargo de Motorista, para desempenharem as funções de Condutor de Veículo Escolar:

ARTIGO 2º - Os Condutores de Veículo Escolar supra nomeados cumprirão as jornadas especiais de trabalho estabelecidas no artigo 1º, Lei Municipal N.º 2.524/2019, conforme Escala de Horário anexa, elaborada pela Supervisão de Transporte Escolar da Secretaria Municipal de Educação.

ARTIGO 3º - Esta Portaria entrará em vigor na data de sua publicação, retroagindo seus efeitos a partir de 01 de Setembro de 2026, revogando-se as disposições em contrário.
