CEDE SERVIDORES A APAE – ASSOCIAÇÃO DE PAIS E AMIGOS DOS EXCEPCIONAIS DE CAMPO VERDE.

ALEXANDRE LOPES DE OLIVEIRA, Prefeito Municipal de Campo Verde, Estado de Mato Grosso, no uso de suas atribuições legais:

RESOLVE:

ARTIGO 1º - Ceder, a partir de 02 de fevereiro de 2026 até 29 de Dezembro de 2028, os Servidores Municipais abaixo selecionados, A APAE – ASSOCIAÇÃO DE PAIS E AMIGOS DOS EXCEPCIONAIS DE CAMPO VERDE, conforme dispõe o Inciso “I” do Artigo 113 do Regime Jurídico dos Servidores Públicos do Município de Campo Verde – MT:

ARTIGO 2º - As obrigações da presente cedência encontram-se estabelecidas no Acordo de Cooperação N.º 003/2026.

ARTIGO 3º - Esta portaria entrará em vigor na data de sua publicação, retroagindo seus efeitos a partir de 02 de Fevereiro de 2026, revogando-se as disposições em contrário.
