DISPÕE SOBRE CONCESSÃO DE LICENÇA SEM VENCIMENTOS A SERVIDOR PÚBLICO MUNICIPAL, E DÁ OUTRAS PROVIDÊNCIAS.

RONIO CONDÃO BARROS MILHOMEM, Prefeito Municipal de Confresa, Estado de Mato Grosso, no uso de suas atribuições que lhe são conferidas pela Lei Orgânica Municipal e Lei Complementar Municipal 020/2005.

CONSIDERANDO, requerimento do servidor de 16/03/2020 e ofício 272/2020/SMEEL de 03/04/2020.

RESOLVE:

Art. 1º - PRORROGAR a LICENÇA SEM VENCIMENTOS até 01/04/2021 ao servidor público municipal JORGE HENRIQUE MACEDO DE ANDRADE, matricula 011957, efetivo no cargo de TÉCNICO ADMINISTRATIVO EDUCACIONAL, lotado na Secretaria Municipal de Educação, Esporte e Lazer/Escola Municipal Jacaré Valente.

Art. 2º - Revogam-se as disposições em contrário.

Art. 3º - Esta portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
